The spotlight was on businesses and individuals throughout Bucks County and its surrounding area who exemplify “Making a Difference Where We Work, Live and Learn” on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce’s 2016 Champions of Commerce awards ceremony. Chris Rollins of 94.5 PST emceed the evening’s ceremony, which was held at Pen Ryn Estate in Bensalem, PA. Over 100 nominations were received from a myriad of resources naming various companies and individuals for each of the eight Champion award categories. After much deliberation, three finalists for each category and one winner for each award was selected.
Attendees were greeted with a champagne reception prior to the start of the awards program, presented by Univest. "The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the 3rd Annual Champions of Commerce to honor and celebrate those who make an amazing impact in the Lower Bucks County community and who have demonstrated meritorious leadership and accomplishment. Congratulations to all of our finalists and to the eight award winners who truly represent the distinguished dedication and achievements that individuals and companies in the Lower Bucks County area offer to our community," stated Amy M.B. McKenna, President of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.
