Interactive Dinner: A Taste of Spain
As a gateway between Europe and Africa, Spain has been fought over many times in history. This history has had a lasting impact on the country and nowhere is this more evident than in the food. The result is food that is vibrant, colorful and incredibly delicious. What better way to end the week than with a fun and interactive dinner with other foodies. Join us for this special session - part cooking class, part sit-down dinner, all fun! You'll be able to see elements of the menu demonstrated, ask questions, and get recipes for all the dishes. As a special treat, we'll select a wine to serve that will complement the menu.

Parent/Child Cooking Class - Food of France
Cooking with your child, enjoying family-friendly recipes and learning more about preparing healthy, delicious meals. In this fun and informative session parent and child will work side-by-side to prep and cook each of the items on the menu with the guidance of the instructor. The recipes are designed to teach basic techniques (knife skills, sauteing, sauce-making, etc.) that are beneficial to all ages. Each of the dishes prepared will enjoyed by the participants throughout the class. All equipment, recipes and ingredients are provided. Class runs approximately 2 hours and is geared for children over 10 years old.

Demonstration Cooking Class: Tacos and Margaritas
The most festive of drinks, margaritas, paired with a Tex-Mex classic, tacos and Mexican fare - what could be better? In this demonstration class and dinner see each course prepared while sipping on refreshing margaritas. The evening wraps up with a tasty dessert from Maryanne Pastry Shoppe. Warm weather is right around the corner and you'll be able to get ready party on the deck with these delicious recipes.

Prepared Meal: Sauteed Chicken or Salmon with Dilled Horseradish Sauce
As we move to warmer weather it's great to have dinner options that are both light and satisfying. This menu is both - featuring chicken and salmon with a fresh, cool sauce, baby potatoes with bright herbs and a great salad.

Menu:
- Fig and Fennel Caponata with Whipped Goat Cheese and Crostini;
- Sauteed Chicken or Salmon with Dilled Horseradish Sauce;
- Roasted Potatos with Olive Oil, Garlic and Herbs;
- Mixed Greens, Endive, Orange and Walnut Salad with Roquefort Dressing

Thai food is one of the world's most highly regarded cuisines but still intimidating to some in the West. We'll demystify it by showcasing the ingredients and techniques used in some of our favorite Thai recipes. You'll see the exquisite contrast in taste and texture that results from blending hot, sweet, sour and salty components.

There is no question that Italians have a passion for good cooking. When you start with incredible ingredients it's much easier to make simple dishes taste sublime. We'll make dishes that are representative of the country as a whole using authentic ingredients and tried-and-true preparations.

Interactive Cooking Dinner: Pub Fare and English Ale
Go on a pub crawl of English taverns without leaving your seat. The village pub is the true essence of English life, a place where people gather to celebrate, play games, or relax. We'll showcase the upscale items that are now being offered in many pubs, paired with a couple of traditional English ales.

Date Night Cooking Class: Pasta and Gnocchi
Italian cooking is varied and rich in all its aspects but pasta and gnocchi have a special place in its history and traditions. This hands-on class will focus on kneading, rolling, cutting and forming fresh egg pasta and ricotta gnocchi. Each with be paired with sauces complement their flavor and served with a seasonal salad. It's the perfect session to roll up your sleeves and work together!

At its heart, Spanish food is a mix of local ingredients fused with recipes and techniques from other areas. The result is food that is vibrant, colorful and incredibly delicious. In this class we feature three delicious coursers from tapas to salad.

Date Night Cooking Class: A Sushi Dinner
Sushi is like no other food - impeccably fresh fish served raw, presented elegantly with perfectly cooked rice. Making sushi at home is not hard and can be a great way to entertain. You'll learn the types of fish used, how to recognize the quality of sushi-grade fish, and how to prepare the rolls. We'll also demonstrate making perfect rice and discuss the condiments served with sushi.

Cooking Class: Homemade Ramen with Traditional Toppings
Ramen is an amazing noodle, especially when made fresh. Cooked and finished with s rich, savory broth and garnished with tender meat, vegetables and egg it goes to another level. The class will start with a light appetizer that we'll have made ahead. You'll prepare a tasty dipping sauce to accompany it. We'll then take start to finish through the process of making each of the components and show you how easy it is to do at home. You'll sit down and enjoy your creation at the end of the class.

The American food scene has been transformed over the last 40 years from basic and uninspired to diverse and innovation.It now reflects our history and culture - a melting pot of different nationalities and ethnic backgrounds.American chefs are preparing food that uses local produce, fish, and meat, unpretentiously prepared but with international flair.

Cooking Class: The Art of the French Crepe
Served as an appetizer, entrée or dessert, crepes are an elegant option for a contemporary meal. They are wonderfully thin and can be filled with any number of seasonal fruits, seafood, meats and cheeses. In this class you will learn the basics of batter and cook wonderfully light and delicious crepes that will be stuffed with both sweet and savory fillings.
